Good afternoon, I am interested in buying an electric bicycle Fiido T1 Pro , however I want to apply for the state incentive for the Environmental Fund in Portugal. To apply for this support, I need a statement that the electric bicycle is for city and cargo use. Therefore, I ask if it is possible to issue this declaration when purchasing the bicycle. Thanks.
