Shimano 9-speed cassette CS-HG400-9 is one of the most reliable cassettes from Shimano, trusted by millions of cyclists all over the world and thousands of bike manufacturers for their economic bicycles. Designed for the Shimano Sora and Alivio Cassette.

You can mount the CS-HG400-9 on 8-, 9-, 10-speed Road/MTB freehubs or on an 11-speed Road freehub using an additional 1.85mm spacer.

It has been designed for use in MTB, Road, and City & Touring and, thanks to Hyperglide (HG) technology, is fully convincing in terms of shifting function. In addition, the Mega 9 Lite technology, which stands for narrow gear gradation even with a large overall gear ratio range, is used.
