WARRANTY OF MANUFACTURER
HUMAN FACTORS
Product collision, unauthorized modification, electronic device water ingress, overloaded use, commercial leasing, etc., are deemed to be damaged by human factors and is not covered by the warranty.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION UPDATES
Some Ebike & Escooter products will be continuously updated and while it updates without affecting the main function:
Due to product upgrades, parameter changes will no longer be notified to customers.
UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLY
Disassembly of batteries, controllers, motors, etc. is prohibited, and private disassembly and modification will not be guaranteed.
Special circumstances require the manufacturer’s consent.
REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT’S WARRANTY PERIOD
Repaired or replaced products are warrantied for 1 month from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, whichever is longer. If the initial warranty period of repaired or replaced products is less than one year, will be counted as 30 days.
REPAIR WARRANTY
The Gadgetplus Ireland may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt or reconditioned product.
If the item is not under warranty, Gadgetplus Ireland can also provide a paid repair service for the customer. The customer is liable for shipping the item at his own expense.
